Putty servers
Security requirements have been ranked higher than system availability in such designs.
However, the RFC was not finalized until 2005.
Public putty servers key certificates which include an expiry date are unsatisfactory in that the expiry date may not putty servers correspond with a real world revocation need, but at least such certificates need not all be tracked down system wide, nor must all users be in constant contact with the system at all times.
