Putty commandline
The current server-side implementation is a stand-alone daemon which is typically used with Apache's mod_proxy.
PuTTY was originally written for Microsoft Windows, but it has been ported putty commandline to various other operating systems.

The SSH client requests a server-side putty commandline port to be forwarded using a global request.
